Domestic Orders (US)

In stock orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days during local USPS business hours (Monday through Saturday). 

This is to ensure all packages receive a USPS "acceptance" scan from a USPS Clerk which begins immediate tracking of your product(s).

I had a personal package travel for 11 days with only a delivery scan by using the indoor drop box, and would like to avoid that headache for you.

In the event that the USPS has any issues, this "acceptance" scan provides proof of shipment so we can work together to find a solution. 

You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email, logging into your account, or by the Shop App. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS once your order ships.

I will personally perform quality assurance checks as I package every order, prior to shipment. 

I currently ship from Plano, TX (USA).

International Orders

To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, I'm currently only testing our product in the United States before attempting to sell internationally. 

Providing outstanding customer service is my #1 goal.
